- Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah. (or its English version, This Day in History)
- Those ‘informative’ short segments by Filem Negara Malaysia where they teach you how they make things, like wau (kite), statue of a parrot, gasing, etc.
- Falcon Crest. (Seemed like it went on and on and on…)
- Paint Along with Nancy. (Actually this one was quite good. She paints with a spatula!)
- Sapphire & Steel (What on earth is going on?!)
- Empat Sekawan (Don’t get me started on this one…)
- TV Pendidikan English Language shows featuring Bing and Bong! (and later Brogg.)
- Rasa Sayang. Comes on every festival holiday in the morning. You have Rasa Sayang Aidifitri, Rasa Sayang Tahun Baru Cina, Rasa Sayang Deepavali, etc. What’s it about? Never mind…
- Any TV show featuring A.R. Badul, Jamali Shadat or Hamid Ghurka.
- Peyton Place.

wow yeah Falcon Crest - what was the name of the resident stud - Lorenzo Lamas was it?
Apart from bad suits and shoulder pads the guy had like permanent stubble if I remember correctly right?

i used to like all the Sang Kancil cartoons RTM used to make. the animation was crappy, but at least you got to see the Sang Kancil stories on the TV. :)

er... peyton place in the 80s? i thought it is much older than that. 70s or even 60s. it was one of the earliest soap opera on tv.
falcon crest. yes i remember the female fatale there was morgan fairchild, right?
what about the most famous soap opera (well at that time) - dallas? what era was it in?

wildcharm - yeah, and that guy reading it sounds like he's bored to death!
eyeris - oh, yeah i liked those. but look like even today rtm's animation dept hasn't changed much!

lucia - waah, lucia, you soap opera kaki aa? My mom watched flamingo road with mark harmon and morgan fairchild. but not really into dallas and dynasty.
viking054 - msian tv was crap back then. but nostalgia does straaaange things...
