Drinking Too Much Coffee Makes My Teeth Yellow
I drink about 2 full cups of coffee everyday. I can’t start my day without one, and I can’t get through the long afternoon without falling asleep if I don’t get another caffeine fix. It has been this way for quite a few years now, I suppose it’s one of the by-products of working in a stressful environment.
One thing that has resulted from all this caffeine is that my teeth is getting yellow. I don’t smoke, but if I did it’d be a lot worse. I don’t need my dentist to tell me that (although he still tells me every time I see him), I can pretty much see it for myself every time I look into the mirror to brush my teeth. Unfortunately my dentist has emigrated to Australia.
Anyway, gargling with mouthwash helps alleviate the problem slightly, but only just slightly. I’m been thinking of whitening my teeth. I dunno, it looks quite tempting, but i need to find a dentist first. This is a good place to start, it's very useful and a great resource for you.
Although I should really cut down on coffee, that should really help a lot.
